Who we are

FineWatch is provided by Qinetic. We use your information to register your FineWatch account, read penalty notices you send to us, track payment due dates, and send service reminders through WhatsApp.

What we collect

We may collect your WhatsApp number, company name, messages you send, photos or documents of penalty notices, vehicle registration, ticket or reference number, issuing authority, fine amount, due date, reminder status, and technical message delivery information.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the FineWatch service, identify your organisation, process uploaded notices, create reminder records, send WhatsApp service messages, respond to your instructions, prevent abuse, and keep operational audit records.

Legal basis

We process FineWatch service data because it is necessary to provide the service you request and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. We ask for your WhatsApp opt-in before sending service reminders. Optional marketing messages are only sent where you have opted in.

WhatsApp and processors

FineWatch uses WhatsApp Business services and cloud hosting/storage providers to send messages and process uploaded notices. These providers process data for us so we can deliver the service.

How long we keep it

We keep FineWatch account and notice records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for audit, security, dispute handling, and legal compliance. You can ask us to delete data where we no longer need to keep it.

Your choices

You can reply STOP in WhatsApp to opt out of FineWatch WhatsApp messages. You can also contact us to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing of your personal data.
