About FineWatch

FineWatch is a WhatsApp-based reminder service that helps you track penalty notice and fine payment dates. It is provided as an operational reminder tool and does not provide legal, financial, or appeal advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for checking that extracted notice details are accurate, paying or appealing notices on time, and keeping your WhatsApp number available for service messages. FineWatch reminders do not replace the original notice terms or statutory deadlines.

Uploaded notices

By sending a notice to FineWatch, you confirm that you are authorised to share it with us for processing and reminder purposes.

Service messages

FineWatch sends WhatsApp service messages about your account, uploaded notices, and payment reminders. You can reply STOP to opt out of WhatsApp messages, but this may prevent the service from sending reminders.

Optional marketing

Marketing about Qinetic products and upgrades is optional. We will only send marketing messages where you have opted in, and you can opt out later.

Availability

We aim to keep FineWatch available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every message will be delivered by WhatsApp or mobile networks.
