Choose FleetCheck if...
You're pursuing or maintaining FORS accreditation (it's the only FORS-recommended fleet management software, and assessors know it), you're in DVSA Earned Recognition, or you manage a mixed estate of vehicles, plant, and equipment and want one long-established record system for all of it. It's a mature, well-regarded platform with published pricing and a large UK customer base.
Choose Qinetic if...
Your drivers are subcontractors or high-churn, and getting them to use a compliance app is the hard part. In Qinetic the same app shows drivers their self-bills and payments, so they open it, and a defect photo or a PCN becomes a filed record in seconds, so your compliance records actually get created instead of depending on data entry.
